Cookies set by this site
The image compressor itself does not set cookies. Advertising providers may set cookies, including cookies on this site's domain, as described below.
Local storage
The tool stores your last chosen mode, preset and options in your browser's local storage (key igc:v2) so they are preselected on your next visit. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you clear site data.
A service worker caches the site's files so the tool works offline. This is standard browser storage, not a cookie, and can be cleared the same way.
Third-party cookies
Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of Google's personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and participating third-party vendors' personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google requires consent for personalised ads and for cookies or local storage where legally required. Serving personalised ads in these regions requires a Google-certified consent management platform.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.
